Being part of the core team is flexible and manageable. We'll typically have one short virtual meeting each month (30-60 minutes), plus quick weekly check-ins through a group chat to stay updated. We will also be actively working over the summer, so team members' availability during that time is important. Travel or short periods of limited availability are completely okay, as long as you communicate in advance and remain generally consistent with meetings and updates.

Roles available (subject to change)

1. Operations Lead: Runs projects (delivering supplies to schools), organizes supply packing + delivery, recruits/manages volunteers when needed, keeps track of logistics

2. Outreach Lead: Contacts schools, manages communication between schools and us

3. Fundraising/Donations Lead: Plans fundraisers, tracks money, helps budget for projects, and manages donations

4. Marketing/Social Media Lead: Manages social media (Instagram), takes/organizes photos from events, and helps promote fundraising
