Meet the Team
Jaden Cheung
Executive Director
Jaden is from Atlanta, GA, and is a freshman at Chamblee High School. She has experience helping and serving others through volunteering with organizations like TYCA at events, visiting senior centers, and serving as a teacher's aide at a Chinese school. She is also in YMCA Camp High Harbor's ALA (Advanced Leadership Academy) program this summer. When it comes to sports, she is also a figure skater at Center Ice Arena and has been skating for almost 2 years. As a Chinese-American, she is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and is preparing to take the HSK, a Chinese proficiency test.
Kate Hoggard
Operations Lead
Kate is a rising sophomore at Chamblee High School and serves as the Aegis's Operations Lead. She is passionate about helping children and making a positive difference in the community. She has experience working with kids and building connections through babysitting. Aside from this nonprofit, Kate plays soccer and flag football. In her free time, she enjoys a variety of arts and crafts, playing with her two dogs, and being with friends and family.
Nysha Cheema
Marketing/Social Media Lead
Nysha is originally from North Carolina, but now goes to Chamblee High School in GA. She participates in many extracurriculars, such as competitive rowing, tutoring and volunteering. In her free time, she loves to paint, dance, and swim. Nysha is very creative and has experience working with many age groups, which makes her perfect for the social media and marketing lead!
